When I first started working with Nathan I was taking PCOS/Pre-Diabetic medication three times a day, heart burn medication at least three times a week, had bad acne, very low energy and needed a nap most days.  I was essentially addicted to unhealthy foods, and even had irregular periods. After the first couple weeks my energy was back to normal and I was sleeping much better at night.  After two months, I was taking heart burn medication 1-3 times a month, having normal periods, healthy foods tasted AMAZING, and my cravings were pretty much gone. After four months, I had healthier skin. My blood tests showed that I no longer needed my PCOS/Pre-Diabetic medication. At the end of my six month I looked at food totally different, and it wasn’t the first thing I thought about when I woke up or the last thing I thought about before going to bed at night.  I finally realized I was in control of what I put into my body.  Nathan introduced many foods into my family’s diet that we now eat on a weekly basis.  Nathan was great to work with, and he ALWAYS looked for the positives and he never made me feel stupid. I truly believe that hiring Nathan as a health coach was one of the best decisions I have ever made for bettering my health.
